1. Who we are

Luna Manpower Agency (demo), Business Bay, Dubai, UAE, operating a licensed private recruitment service in the United Arab Emirates [licence number to be added].

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. One person per job-seeker account; employer accounts may be used by authorised staff of the registered company.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, post false information or misuse other users' data.

3. Job seekers

Using Luna Agency is free for candidates. We never charge recruitment fees, and no employer on Luna Agency may ask you for money to apply, get a visa or start work.

You confirm the documents you upload are genuine and yours. Employers you apply to can see your profile and the documents you share with them.

4. Employers

Job posts must describe a real vacancy with the actual salary, location, and whether visa, accommodation and transport are provided. Every post is reviewed before it goes live and may be rejected or removed.

Candidate data may only be used for the recruitment it was shared for, in line with UAE data-protection law. It may not be sold, exported in bulk or used for marketing.

5. Payments

Employer packages and upgrades are priced in AED and include VAT where applicable. Credits are added to your account once payment is confirmed. See our Refund & cancellation policy.

6. Acceptable use

No scraping, spam, discriminatory job posts, fake profiles or attempts to bypass security. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.

7. Liability

Luna Agency connects candidates and employers but is not party to the employment contract. Employers are responsible for their offers and for complying with UAE labour law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes fall under the courts of Dubai.
