Refund & cancellation policy
Applies to employer packages and upgrades bought on the site. Job seekers never pay anything.

Unused credits
Packages with no credits used can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Contact us with your invoice number.
Used credits
Credits already spent on a job post that went live are not refundable. Remaining unused credits in a package can be refunded pro rata within 14 days.
Rejected job posts
If our team rejects a job post, the credit is returned to your account automatically.
Featured upgrades
A 'Feature this job' upgrade is non-refundable once the job has been featured, unless the job is removed by us within 48 hours.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original card within 5–10 working days. Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
