Privacy policy
How Luna Agency collects, uses and protects personal data, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
Last updated 4 October 2026
1. Data we collect
Job seekers: name, contact details, nationality, location, visa status, work history, education, skills, expected salary, and documents you upload (CV, passport copy, certificates).
Employers: company details, contact person, job posts, notes and ratings on candidates, payment records.
Everyone: log-in activity and basic technical data (browser, IP address) for security.
2. Why we use it
To run your account, show your profile to employers you apply to, send application updates, process payments, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
3. Who sees your data
Employers only see candidates who applied to their jobs. Private notes are visible to the employer's team and our staff, never to other companies.
We use trusted processors for hosting, email and payments (for example Vercel, Neon and Stripe) under data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
4. Passport and identity documents
Identity documents are stored privately, served only to authorised users, and never published on the site. Upload them only when an employer asks for them.
5. How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised within 12 months of closure, unless the law requires longer (for example payment records).
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Most of this is available in your dashboard; otherwise write to hello@luna.demo. We reply within 30 days.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed, access is role-based, uploads are type-checked and all traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).
8. Changes
We will post any update here and tell registered users by email if the change is significant.
Demo template: the final wording, company details and licence numbers must be reviewed by the agency's legal advisor before launch.
