Job seekers
Do I pay anything to apply?
No. Luna Agency is free for candidates, always. Nobody may ask you for a recruitment fee.
What do 'Visa provided' and 'Accommodation' mean on a job?
The employer will sponsor your UAE employment visa and/or provide staff housing. Both are confirmed by our team before the job goes live.
How do I know if my application was seen?
Open My applications: the tracker shows each step (Applied, Shortlisted, Interview, Offered, Hired) with the date. You also get an email at every change.
Which documents should I upload?
At least your CV. A passport copy and certificates help employers decide faster. Files must be PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 4 MB.
Can I apply if I'm outside the UAE?
Yes. Choose 'Outside UAE, needs visa' as your visa status and filter for jobs with Visa provided.
Employers
How do I post a job?
Create an employer account, add your company and branches, then buy a package. Each job post uses one credit and is reviewed by our team, usually within a few hours.
Can I manage several companies?
Yes. One login can run several companies, each with branches across the UAE and GCC. Switch company from the sidebar.
How does the applicant pipeline work?
Every job has a board with Applied, Shortlisted, Interview, Offered and Hired columns. Drag candidates between stages, add private notes and ratings, or update many at once from the list view.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards through our secure payment partner. Invoices with VAT are available under Billing.
